After reviewing the 7 and1/2 habits I believe that the easiest one for me would be to accept responsibility for my own learning. Accepting responsibility for myself is something that I've done for all of my adult life so naturally it comes easily in this sense also. The hardest of the list would be to view problems as challenges. Sometimes we just want the problem to go away quickly and easily rather than having to see and meet the challenge in the situation.
